The HEAVY case increases its durability with a double wall sandwich construction, double action latches and a constant pin hinge for applications that require extra strength.

Sandwich frame construction
The HEAVY case is constructed with a sandwich frame. This increases the durability of the case and decreases the amount of flex over the body. The heavy case is the only case on the market that uses this technology. This creates the perfect mix of durability and affordability
Knee Lever Latches
The double action latch provides a tight seal and combines ease of opening. Latches can be mixed and matched to suit corporate colours and branding (some charges may apply).
Constant Hinge and Feet
The Heavy case has a hinge that runs the full length of the case. It utilises a separate pin to join the base and lid together.
Rubber Handle
The Heavy case has a Rubber grip that provides extra support when carrying heavier items.

Dividers
Caseline Australia offer polypropylene and clear polycarbonate plastic dividers for almost all of the HEAVY range of cases. This allows you to store items in the lid and the base and know they will be secured during transit and upon opening. Small twist locks hold the divider in place whilst the case is closed.
